Inline parameter expression parser. Supported grammar (simplified):

 inline-parameter = (propertyName | expression) oldJdbcType attributes
 propertyName = /expression language's property navigation path/
 expression = '(' /expression language's expression/ ')'
 oldJdbcType = ':' /any valid jdbc type/
 attributes = (',' attribute)*
 attribute = name '=' value
